buy.com - shipping time?

I'm leaving for vacation Sept 3rd (a week from tomorrow), and would like to have an additional Compact Flash. buy.com's free shipping says 7-9 business days, but I know a lot of times the actual ship times for the slowest method can end up being about as fast as the faster method, and way shorter than what the company says it will be. How about buy.com? I'm in TN.

Or, Amazon would be around $11.50 more, if they're safer.
 
I've ordered a couple things from them- got here much quicker than expected. I'm in Western North Carolina, not too far from you. I'd bet you get your stuff pretty quick too. But, no guarantees.
 
Buy.com shipping is anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks for items that "usually ship in 1-2 days" -- you really can't tell. It's not safe to depend on them if you're in any kind of hurry. search "buy.com" for a recent thread of people who hate them because of this.

Newegg ships fastest.

Well I just got something from Amazon today, that was supposed to arrive on the 30th. Ordered on the 23rd. Came from Arizona and I am in Ohio. I think it largely depends on the shipping company. I was very suprised as UPS usually doesn't arrive early, but here it is.
