Has anyone ever had problems with buy.com?s price mistake of the day? I ordered the Logitech Cordless Freedom Optical mouse and keyboard they offered not to long ago and even though I checked to make sure it was not a refurbished unit, I was still sent a refurbished unit. Buy.com is refusing to replace the item with a retail version. Did anyone purchase this item? If so, did you get a new or refurbished unit? Would anyone happen to have the webpage archived to I can verify if I really am an idiot and just missed it saying it was a refurb? Does anyone have any additional contact information for the company? Customer ?service? hasn?t been of much help via email. Thanks.
