This is really a question and I know it will probably get locked, but know someone will answer me here.

I am about to purchase an air hockey table from them that comes with a $55 shiping charge. Question - when they have free shipping weekends, does this normally include everything unlike the 20lb limit they have now? Is there a possibility there will be a free shipping weekend where this item will be free?

Doubt it, usually all item under 20 pounds.. heavy stuff are expensive to ship.. more then you imagine..

Even when they offer free shipping, it has always been for items under 20 lbs, so don't hold your breath.

Free shipping is a good deal, but $30 off $150 is the best deal Shipping something like you mentioned LJ, is rather expensive. I don't think buy.com marks up their shipping at all.

Something I should point out, inside sources say byebye to buy.com late January. I have this information from a fairly reliable source, but who knows. Get your stuff while you can!
