Just called ATT..
As long as I agree to extend contact for 1 year, current owners DO QUALIFY for ATT and Ericsson rebates...
I do have to pay shipping though, $9.95...
So for $9.95 and about 2-3 month wait time for Ericsson and ATT rebates there is a beautiful new WEB phone with free pocketnet service..
BTW, I had Nokias 6160, 6162 and 8260 - Ericssons are MUCH MUCH better receptionwise... Just form looks alone u can see a HUGE attenna on it, Nokia 8260 has internal antenna, and suffers most from BAD reception becasue of it..
Nokias have easier to use menus though, but once u can a hang of Ericsonns they r awesome..

You can get this phone at 1800mobiles.com for $5 with activation. This is before the Ericsson and AT&T rebates. So after shipping you'll get around $90.
