I just ordered the buy.com com deal of the day and called after reading your posts. The customer service guy I talked to said that the only refurbs they sell come specifically out of the clearance department and that this shouldn't be a refurb. He also said that the warehouse computer showed a 3 year warranty on the sku#. Hope this helps.

I just called KDS and found out it DOES COME WITH A 3 YEAR WARRANTY. I am sure you all have read this before.... but just wanted to add my own verification and reassurance on this fact.
