I don't think Buycomp is entitled to screw up. I don't think anyone or any company is ENTITLED to screw up, expecially if they are screwing someone over in the process. However, they may be FORGIVEN if they screw up, depending on how they handled the situation when their screwup(s) are pointed out to them. Buycomp did not handle their screwup (in the monitor situation) well at all. All they did was offer a lot of phony excuses and spin, which many of the news services bought. In the long term, however, they realized that continued screwups such as this would hurt their bottom line and therefore made some well needed changes for the better.
