Buy cheap CPU/Mobo now and wait for broadwell?

Hey guys,
I'm building a PC within the next month, and I was wondering if it would be better to buy a cheap CPU ($150) and mobo ($100) now then buy broadwell when it comes out or buy full priced stuff now? (CPU for $265 and mobo for $200)

What CPU and mobo would you recommend? I was thinking of the FX p-6300 for the CPU and the ASUS M5A97 R2.0 as the MotherboardI live in Australia and I would like to buy off: http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=index

There's no reason to believe that Broadwell (die shrink of Haswell) will offer significant performance improvements. I say to get the Haswell now.
