I'm anxious to build a new system and I have selected the ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB3; however, I've read here and elsewhere that I should wait a few weeks until the Sandy bridge release before building a new system. Today Newegg posted the MB with Mushkin memory combo that saves $45:

Should I pull the trigger? I'm not in such a hurry that I can't wait on buying the CPU.

Primary use will be as base for HTPC and internet surfing but with some gaming, video editing and general PC use.

I expect most processor and some motherboard prices will drop with the Intel release; my question is not so much related to computing power
as to prices.
