Hello, I am looking at a 2001 civic with about 24,000 miles. I am going to try to take a look at it but it sounds like it's in pretty good shape. It's had a reconstructed title, should I be worried? Thanks

they fall apart (sometimes literally) and have constant problems.

don't do it. you are headed for a world of trouble if you do.

The vehicle has been in an accident/vandalized/fire/swimming, etc; the insurance company determined that the cost of repairs was more than about 75% of the vehicle value.
