Brilliant plan to sell one's house.
Imagine the attention he's getting.
Hell, I'm sitting in my bath robe accross the pond not in any way shape or form looking for a house and now know that he's selling his house.
 
great its a barrat town house......barrat make crappy houses. well they are expensive, but lets just say theyre not built liek they used to build them. its all breeze block, plasterboard and fake exterior render its just a nasty facsimili of a real old house built from local stone.

barrat hop around all over our country setting up housing developments in next to no time. their houses have zero charm or character

In the US we call them "McMansions"

Basically "Supersized" tract homes
