ALso works if you have PaperPort installed. Can print it to your scanning software.

Actually, you don't need any software installed if you're using windows. Just go into your printer properties and go to the advanced tab and enable "Keep printed documents" Once enabled, you can just go into the printer queue and re-spool any print job.
