Well, Ive had it for a while and didnt/couldnt use it due to my sound card (something like the audio splitter messed with the channels) but I moved to a stereo setup and busted this bad boy out and WOW!

For those of you who know not what a Buttkicker is look here:

http://www.thebuttkicker.com/gaming/index.htm

Anyways, to put it short, it feels like you are sitting on a subwoofer. Makes you "feel" the bass while being completely silent otherwise. And NO its NOT a rumble pack...it doesnt just vibrate like your console controller, it truly produces tactile bass feedback. Again, like you are sitting on a subwoofer, not a chair messager...

Im just impressed...wife is sleeping so Im using it with meh Dre Beats and this thing REALLY improves the audio...like, Im speachless to say the least. Nice bass effects with music, awesome tactile explosions in games and music...all I can say is that for ~$100 now that Im using it, it is worth its weight in gold!

Just felt the need to express my glee with it, really is a solid little device.

Anyone else have one? How do you like it?

Don't have one, but I have wanted to do a Bass Shaker setup similar to Yoyo's for a while now. I have an extra receiver ready to power them, just need to get around to buying the shakers.

I've managed to get an irritating rattle in the mounting of one of them on a new piece of furniture. I've tried to fix it a few times but I can't seem to get it how I want it. When you can get rid of any rattling type noises, it is indeed enjoyable :D

you have to BOLT it to a something really SOLID. The gamer buttkicker is not a meant to be bolted on furniture but instead clamped to a computer chair because it's pretty weak.

If your buttkicker is rattling because the inducer is worn out that's a whole new problem mine came with a 5 year warranty. So figure out if it's just the couch that's rattles or the unit itself. you can always beef up your couch by adding cross members to the frame. They don't build furniture like they use too!

I have bass shakers rather than buttkickers. They have 4 screws holes for mounting it directly to part of a wooden frame on the furniture.
