Actually, all of Massachusetts. The machines cannot read the ballots properly.

Just how stupid are these governments? This process should have been changed eons ago. Now the refusal to allocate money for a modern voting system may cost someone an election.

Is this any way to run a country?

They didn't change it in 1996 in Florida, I think they will now. Guess they should take some of those welfare dollars and buy new voting machines.
