There was actually a law that they could not die ANYTHING BUT butter to make it yellow. Of course that was later repealed

Butter is a natural source of wonderful, tasty, body-building fat.

Margarine used to have Polysorbate 80 (along with a bunch of other chemicals - just say NO to hydrogenation!) but now most of the manufacturers have cheaped out and are using Polysorbate 60.

Don't settle! The cows are working hard for you!
