I never knew how bad butter was for you.
Normally i don't eat alot of butter, just alot of veggis fruits and meat....especially meat.
But today i went to a breakfast restaraunt and my heart felt contricted all day. Then when I went to the gym to work out, my body felt extraodinarily tired and I couldn't breathe as well. Not to sound close-minded or rascist but how do Americans stand eating so much butter or fat or grease all the time? Last time I had a fatty meal other then this morning was possibley a few months ago.

Do other people feel the same way? or is it just me?
I feel like taking a nap now, I haven't rested since 5am....current time is 4:50-ish

I'm going to take a wild guess and say that that wasn't caused by one fatty meal in one day. :p

I'm just used to specific conditions, like lots of sunlight, clean air (CIGARETTES SUX!), Healthy food (no butter, no fat, no lard, low sodium, high protein and etc.) Plus I just like fruits and veggis. I'd rather prefer them over cake and pie blech!

ferchrissakes, one meal at a restaurant didn't impact your heart.

and if you didn't like it don't eat at a restaurant again. problem solved.

Doesn't meat, which you say you especially like to eat, have fat in it?

Agreed! One meal isn't going to make that big of an impact unless you downed a whole stick of butter while eating it. That would probably just make you sick to your stomach though.

Now I see the problem, after eating mommy's cooking, something with taste completely overloaded your sensory receptors, and that is why you feel "funny".

Gee I was fixing to put some nice steaks on the grill, perhaps I should just boil them, naw, I think not, I like my food to have some taste

Sounds like that be a little fat to me. That is unless mommy boils it for you.

yeah when i was a vegetarian if i ate a really fatty meal i'd feel weighed down for the whole day. you're just not used to all those calories pumping through your system. you'll be fine in the morning.

You can be a vegetarian and still eat some of the crappiest food out there.

Oh, that is good to know, cause I am NOT a vegetarian, and I don't eat crappiest food. Now I know why I'm not:D
