Butter company sues lube company
NEW YORK, April 21 (UPI) -- The maker of "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" is suing the maker of two personal lubricants for infringing on its trademark in New York.
The lubricants, "Boy Butter" and "I Can't Believe It's Not Boy Butter," feature similar packaging, logos and lettering to the Unilever products, the New York Post reported Saturday.

The marketers at B.B.L. Inc., which promotes its products to gay men, even did a parody of the other company's commercials that feature a man's and a woman's hands at the breakfast table, said the suit filed in federal court in Manhattan.

Unilever calls for B.B.L. to stop production of the lubrication products, to recall all their products currently on store shelves and to turn over their profits.
