This is either from (good,pre season4) family guy or the simpsons...(i think)

there's a line where someone in front of an audience says something like "Fart (or something stupid)..... but seriously....."

anyone know this, its killing me
 
In the Family Guy episode entitled "Holy Crap" where the family is at Peter's fathers retirement ceremony. The person speaking blows a noisemaker or something of the sort and follows it with "But seriously..."
