Business Use System

Hi,

I'm going to be building a new computer mainly for business applications (MS Office, web browsing, etc). I am also thinking of adding a TV tuner card so that I can have it record shows while I'm away. I do not think that I want integrated graphics, because I may want to eventually use it to play games, but that is not something that I'm interested in right now.

Any suggestions?

i'd suggest you get integrated graphics, and eventually get a video card when you're ready. if you get one now, it will cost half as much in a year down the road, when you actually go to use it. So save your money and buy it when you need it

If you are going to get a TV Tuner, you should consider getting a 6600GT to go with it.

Why? Wouldn't the integrated graphics be able to handle the video playback?

I'd suggest you get a nice cheap video card like the x300 or the 6200 to last you instead. 🙂
