Business Owners: Incorporation in Delaware, or another state besisdes my own?

I am interested in incorporating my band in Delaware. Well, I guess technically it would be an LLC. To fellow business owners of the US: Is there a wiki/how-to online somewhere that explains how to do it, and cheap? Or did you use another service to do the incorporation? I picked Delaware because, supposedly, the business laws are the best there. But maybe it isn't the best for tax purposes? I don't know.

Here in Nebraska, it seems pretty easy to do on your own. I'm hoping it's just as easy in Delaware.
