I live in a fairly small city (250k people, mostly students or elderly).
I live in an apartment mostly filled with elderly people, and every day I see them hire a cab, go 'downtown' and buy their groceries, and come back. Easily $20 in cab fares (atleast!). Summarily, students for the most part are forced to do the same thing (there are only 2 major grocery stores in town, and the costco is FAR away).
Currently there is NO grocery delivery service in this city whatsoever (there is however, a liqour delivery service :laugh

Now I don't have a great deal of money right now, or a car since mine is back home (3,000 miles away), but I do have an idea.
Where could I look for support/expertise for this trying to establish a small business? Theres is huge market potential here.
