business competition handing out fliers in front of your store

if this happens, what legal actions can one take?

i'm going to call the city office for more info, but i just wanted to know if anyone here has experience with this.

Are they on your property or on the property of someone who will support you by throwing them off?

If not, there is nothing you can do, and for good reason.

Are they on public property or your property? Probably nothing you can do if on public property.

You could go stand in front of their store an pass out fliers (on public property) I suppose.

Are they on your property or on the property of someone who will support you by throwing them off?

If not, there is nothing you can do, and for good reason.

in front of my uncles store, handing out fliers to his customers.

not 100% sure if they are right in front of his store, on his property.

my uncles owns a dry cleaners. the competition opened up just a few doors down from him 🙁
