business card logos

Hey guys.

I'm trying to create a company logo for a business card, but I have no idea what program to use to make one. I want it to be unique, but in every image program I try, all the features seem exactly the same and they all look boring and similar. Do you guys have any recommendations on what program I can use to make my company logo?

Thanks

Try sketching one out on paper and then using a program to make it look good. The programs are just tools, none of them really make the logo for you...

But, from what I've seen--I think people perfer to use programs that support vectors to do logos so that they can be resized quickly for larger usage/smaller usage. As such a program like illustrator (adobe) is good.

No kidding...find a freelance designer in your area (or ATOT). For a few benjamins, you could have an awesome letter head and logo designed. Poorly designed logos/buiness cards don't do anything for your professional image.

No offense but it sounds like you lack the skills for this task.

An image program should provide common tools, that you have to use to create unique images. Heck if you're creative pbrush.exe is enough for a nice logo.

Good luck
