Business card CDs and Mini-cds?

I have seen these before. I think they were actually rectangle shaped CD's with someone's business card on the label, and then stuff on the CD underneath! They fit inside the one groove of a CD-Rom drive (for the mini-cds). Does anyone know where I can get these? And if not, a good place to get mini-cd's for cheap?

There's a couple to get you started. They've got everything from mini and business card, to completely custom shapes. (like hearts, sawblades, etc.)

they do, supposedly i've never seen one in a store though
