I think that it was, overall, a good speech. I think that he gave a realistic overview at the beginning and set out some lofty, but very obtainable objectives. Hopefully, all of the government agencies (local, state, federal) are able to follow through.

Overall B- now that he stated that they Federal Government should be in total control!

The interviewer is trying his hardest to get them to condemn Bush and Bush only, but they have nothing but praise for him and his speech. Yep. I bet Bush receives more criticism from conservatives than liberals. The private sector should spear-head this recovery, not the tax payer.

it was a speech and it was like a month late. i liked what he said and i hope everything he promised comes true. Bush is a good man and I like him, but that doesnt mean his failures during the disaster goes away.
