Quite frequently I hear a lot concerning what the media and his constituients think about him [from both sides] , but I really never hear anything concerning the opinions of his colleagues.

Obviously this is because he is still the CiC right now, but I would be interested in any info that you might have.

Actuially, a firm grip is not reccomended. It leads to proformance issues later. Plenty of lube + sliding motion is the way to go.
