Let me refine my question.

Obviously the we all know the broad topic.
Im curious as to what he has to say....and what it is focused on.
thnx for the nomination.

Hopefully it will be similar to the stunt President Ryan pulled at the end of Executive Orders. ;) "This is Mr. Bin Laden's house. Say goodbye, Mr. Bin Laden."

(in case you haven't read the book, he read a prepared statement while a cruise missile homed in on the bad guy and broadcast the whole thing live)

Lets wait for him to say something before we talk about what he is "going" to say

Well hopefully it will be some resolve and not just more "working on it". They already have the link to Middle East and Arabs with the siezing of the car and the items found in it, now they just need to link these individuals to a group and then we will have a Green light.

FYI, Bush CANNOT declare war. He doesn't have the power to. He can move troops around and order them around under his power as Commander-in-Chief, but only Congress has the power to declare war as established in the Constitution.

My guess is that it will be more reassurance. Bush really has a delicate issue on his hands. One wrong foreign-relations move, and the United States could find itself alienated from many of its allies.

It will be war against Osama Bin Ladin and the accomplice state of Afghanistan. A coalition has to be formed first. Tim Russert commented right after the president Bush statements. This is going to get worse before it gets better. If the U.S. launches allout punitive attacks against Afghanistan, what will the rest of the Arab world do? Pakistan? etc. The Taliban needs to immediately make Bin Ladin a persona non grata. Even that may not preclude an overwhelming response against it.

Congress cannot do it by themselves either. The president has to ask them to declare war, then they have to vote on it. The president can send in the Marines to fight without the blessing of the Congress though.
