So is the president spending too much or too little.

Too much overall, and of that "too much", far too little here in America.

OF the 2.4 trillion proposed for next years budget, care to estimate what % of that will not be spent on Americans?

Who needs roads anyway, you only need roads if you have an Economy that needs them.

Instead of the Tax Cuts, this and other Infrastructure Upgrades would have been the best stimulus to the US Economy. Bush has spent all the money though then went out and borrowed a bunch more, he has to stop somewhere, it just sucks that he(might)stops at something that would do some actual Good to the Nation.
