Justice is NOT bin laden in a 3 year court struggle at the expence of tax payers. We have enough to pay for as it is.
Either which way he would get the death penalty.

I say spend the 50 cents for the bullet in his head.

Guess this beg's the question as to if we will really bring them (him) justice as Bush has stated ?

My gut feeling all along has been this:

...no trials, no martrys, no glory, not heroically, just kill him where he stands and all his bunch and do it very quietly

And we don't need the CIA alone to have the order to kill this bastard, most of NYC would do it willingly.

When did we ever think that war was not about killing ?
