What do you think of Bush Administration's Global AIDs Policy? What has he achieved thus far? Are his efforts mostly concentrated on Africa? I don't know too much about his policy so I'm looking to learn (hopefully from both Dems and Reps.)

Here are two links that I've found that, I think, talk about both sides:

Africa is a big fat bottomless money pit. I see no way for them to get out of it economically, even with the current aide offered by the United States and others. If our government perhaps changes to a form of socialism or all the bizzillionaires freely allocate all their money into the big money pit, it's pretty hopeless.

I MUST FLAME YOU FOR YOUR UNUSUAL LACK OF CYNICISM! ;)

Sorry, j/k. but my biggest problem with it is its reliance on abstinence education, rather than contraception. Once again bush puts radical conservative ideology in front of sane, rational, policies that work.

I think we have a bad global AIDs policy.

I feel this way because I dont think we should be spending any money to help combat AIDs in foreign nations.

Well maybe not. I think we should maybe help out in the Americas since it is pretty much our backyard, but thats about it.
