BUS speed matters?

i was wondering. i have a dragon ultra plat. p4x400 mobo, the highest fsb it supports is 533. i use 512ddr 2100 and 9800np sapphire. i have 2 questions.

1) i have seen some processor with 800fsb like this. can a processor like this be able to work on my mobo?

2) i have p4 1.8 ghz with 256cache and 400fsb. will i notice any difference in performance if i get a 2.4ghz with 512cache and 533fsb seen here? if so, what can i expect?

1. it'll work but it'll just run at 533
2. you'll notice a nice difference. thats 600 mhz, twice the cache, AND 133 mhz faster FSB
