Burnt multiple session CD, can only read latest session!

I was reloading windows so I made a backup CD of all my important documents. Later I burnt an extra session with the last few on there....Well now when I put in the disc only the latest session is visible. I used some noname burning software and have an NEC 3550A burner. Is there any way to recover the rest of the data, it is pretty important...

Not sure, I left the disc open so I could put more data onto it. I just finalized the CD with nero and now only that session is visible and everything else is gone. Is there any way to recover the data? I'd probably even pay to have it recovered this just pisses me the F off....

Have you tried reading it on another pc? Might get lucky, I have before.
