Burning videos to DVD with navigation menu

I have about 10 videos I want to burn to a DVD, but I want to create a navigation menu that stays on the left side and then have the video play on the right side. This way you can "scroll" to the video you want to play. I can't find a DVD authoring program that will do this. I need the DVD to play in normal DVD players. Any tips would be great!

Do you have Nero Buring ROM? it have some authoring programs but I never had a chance to fool around much though.

TMPG DVD Author 1.6 or the new 3.0 is great for the newbie or the experienced. If you go to dvdrhelp.com you will find a lot of guides on how to use this, but it is pretty straight forward. If you have any questions pm me and I'll try to help.
