Burning Ultra Speed CDRW media at lower speeds?

I have a drive capable of burning RWs at 24x. I'll be using Ultra Speed (10x-24x) media. Say I take these discs to a computer that has a slower drive (4x max) will it be able to write to these discs or they only allow 10x minimum speed??

How's that?!? Do you mean burning them with a mastering software (Nero) instead of packet writing (InCD)?!?
