No, but you can create your own cue file.

Paste this into notepad:

FILE IMAGE.BIN BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE1/2352
INDEX 01 00:00:00


Change IMAGE.BIN to the actual name of your BIN file, then save it as a CUE file in the same directory as your BIN file. You should then be able to burn it.
