Hi Everyone. I am new at this forum and first and foremost would just like to say hi. THe other question i have is about burning. I have an hp laptop, and i tried to burn an mp3 disc using nero, alcohol 120%, cdrwin, and all of them both in the sim and in the the burn come up with a burn error and terminate. I have no idea what it is. I know my laptop is full of spyware so i was wondering if that would have anything to do with it, and what possible solutions I have other than to format the hd. Thanks in advance for all your help everyone.

Welcome to the forum.

There are lots of things that can cause cd burning errors. First things first, you need to remove the spyware from your computer. Most people around here recommend a combination of spybot search and destroy and adaware. Once you get a clean bill of health from those, make sure you run an antivirus scan. If you don't have one you can try one of the many free antivirus programs (AVG from Grisoft, Panda, trendmicro, etc.) As for your burning issue, has it ever worked? Have you tried different media. In most cases of not being able to burn MP3's, a bad file is to blame. I would recommend you try to burn some other type of data and or files and see if that works. If it does, you know you have a bad MP3 file.
