i amn current switched to a biostar 590 deluxe and it is.. well.. REALLY HOT

if i leave the computer on for an hour, the idle temp will rise.

nforce chipset stays at 65-68(after an hour)

it even rise my GPU heat to 55C idle.. this is insane.

Obviously, your case does not have sufficient airflow. If your temps slowly rise at idle, then the air in your case is not being exchanged quickly enough with the outside or you have dead zones where the air is moving in a circle and never expelled or exchanged with outside air coming in. You need to look at how to get more air moving through your case from the outside.

I prefer cases which have a large quiet side panel fan that blows downward onto the mainboard, chipset, and memory modules. This is a very efficient and simple way to cool the major heat producing components of your system, all in one shot. It works very well for me, every time. I've even jig-sawed a hole for a fan in older system cases, and it made a huge difference in idle and load temps.

hope this helps... =)
