Anyways I wanted to try DVD Shrink and make my first DVD copy but I can't figure out something.

After going through the DVD Shrink options to backup and choosing the compression and everything DVD shrink only gave me the option to save to the hard drive and after saving never asked me to burn, even though on a tutorial I read online it said it could use Nero.

So now I have a folder with Several VOB files and two BUP files and two IFO files. How do I burn those to a DVD?
Do I just burn them as a Data disk and put all the files on the DVD or Using Nero choose to created a DVD-Video disk and import the VOB files?

I tried the Nero method of making a DVD-Movie and after checking the VOB files it told me it would not fit on the disk it would require 5.23 gigs of space and I can choose to compress or burn it to a DVD-9 disk, then it told me it still could not compress it more to make it fit on a regular DVD disk.

The original folder with the files is 4.23gig and I remember in DVD shrink I made sure to stay below the limit of a DVD disk.

So what could I do or anyone got a good DVD Shrink Tutorial?

Load up Nero and select DVD Video disk and then point it to all those files. I find it easier to just rip to a DVD ISO file and then burn the ISO with Nero.

I did point it to the Vob files and Nero complain that it would not fit even if it tried to compress it more.

i guess i need to start over with DVD Shrink.

Google with search phrase: dvdshrink tutorial.

No put-down intended. There are different methods available within DVDShrink. Read several and pick thon that seems clearest to you.

It's 'easy' once you've got the hang of editing and backing up the edited title, but lengthy to document in a post.

Hope this helps!

I found the problem. Somehow when i downloaded DVD shrink for a mirror site, i got version 2.3 very old version. I know have 3.2 version and all the tutorials match the new version and nero burns the file automatically.
