I have an HP CD Writer 9100 (8/4/32) and use Nero v5.0 to burn CDs.
Recently, whenever I'm burning a CD the read buffer continuously drops until it reaches about 5% when I finish burning the CD. The memory buffer fluctuates between 50%-99%.
Remember, this is when I'm burning on a clean system, i.e. no programs are visible except the crucial ones on the Task Manager.
