A while back my brother got a hello kitty phone for my daughter. he paid fifty bucks for the thing and when it showed up, it was damaged. Actually, it was damged prior to shipping because there were no pieces in the box. He told my brother to send it back for an exchange. He did so. We continued to wait and it has never come. He claims he sent it out but it was lost. He now says since my bro didn't pay for insurance, so its his fault. He does not have a receipt with proof of shipment. He has over five hundred positive feedbacks and no negatives. I think even if he had sent it, he was responsible because he sent a broken one to begin with. Because this has been going on for more than 30 days, EBay isn't listening. Help. Ideas. Vote.
