Anybody know of a program to burn all CDs?
I need ot make am exact "back-up" copy of some PC games, in case I "misplace" the original.
 
If you have the proper hardware.. Clone CD makes a very good copy. Not pefectly exact (bad blocks are not copied but just made bad) but its the closest to a perfect copy.

Try Nero 5.0 or CD creater 4.0 Deluxe.

Both will give you an exact. Nero will even copy bad sectors

Adaptec CD Creator is for your common user and you can not tweak it. Nero is a much more advanced CDR utility that allows you uo tweak almost every aspect of CDR.
