Burn mp3 to CD question ??

Hi guys,
are there any software to keep the volume strenght consistent when I burn CD audio from MP3 ?
because sometimes when I burn CD audio I got the volume in the first track different than the volume in the second track

I know Easy CD Creator 4 had the ability to normalize the volume levels on mp3's burnt to CDs, I'm sure 5.0 carried that feature over. It wouldn't surprise me if Nero had a similar feature as well.

Nero 5.5 actually has 2 options: the standard Normalize function (that normalizes according to the peak of the file), and another one that normalizes according to RMS (which is much better at making music equal volume, but trickier to use as it may result in clipping if used improperly).
