So Canada is now going to allow women to wear the burka in special circumstances in court.
This is just insanity, the face needs to be shown in order to properly analyze them and see their face. Nowhere in the Quran does it require the burka so it is not religious. This is just judges being politically correct and too afraid to take a stand.
Even though this is in Canada there are serious ramifications for this, it could spread in Canada with sharia law since thats what this is and it could happen in the US as well.
The burka should be banned in courts and everywhere else except home, this is just too much pandering and the degradation of society.
Do you think the burka/niqab should be banned in court?
