Buried in bills, business going away, prospects bleak, student loans due, cash reserves low, health getting bad

Just found out I've got high blood pressure, a stomach ulcer, and am possibly diabetic (more tests coming). My business is failing, cash reserves are low, and outlook bleak.

Sigh.

Anyone having a good day?

I'm getting really bummed. I don't need the health problems. Of course, I knew I'd get diabetes. My mother and both brothers have it. I was hoping it'd wait a few more years.

One brother lost a leg from it, the other's vision is failing 🙁

start exercising, it always helps for me. Once you get past the initial "OMG my muscles have atrophied and i'm gonna die stage" it becomes sort of like a natural high.

I actually do.

I ride a bike to work - around 5 miles each way. A couple of times a week, I walk it instead. I go birdwatching and hiking alot on weekends. I'm not an olympic athelete - but I out excercise most 30 something males.
