The big difference here is that Wendy's burgers are fresh and not frozen. McDonalds should not charge as much as they do for the Big Mac considering the low quality and size of the frozen reheated patties. One would think in a time when trends are heading towards higher quality premade food that Wendy's would be the bigger chain by now.

I used to like burger king, but I just can't get crazy about them. Their big king doesn't taste as good as the big mac it's trying to copy and call me crazy, but I've never seen the fascination with the Whopper. It just doesn't taste that great. The main appeal of BK was the $1 double cheeseburger, but that has gone the way of the Sega Dreamcast.

Wendy's by far. Don't know what happened to BK, but their burgers are dry and disgusting now. Used to be juicy back in the day. Their value menu is laughable. $1 cheeseburger and you get a quarter size pattie.

McDonald's for some reason makes me queazy after I eat it and I don't know why?

They all serve highly processed low grade factory farmed beef. No thank you.

I used to like Wendy's the best but they've gone downhill IMO ... even so the meat they use at least looks like real ground beef.

Burger King would be my favorite out of these 3 choices believe it or not.

Burger King franchises vary widely in how well they prepare the food they serve. There are two in my town one is bad one is pretty good.

McDonald's to me doesn't count as "burgers" at all but rather some unique type of McFood which may well all be made from the same nasty protein source. I eat it once in awhile despite this but it makes me feel gross after too.

Wendy's first, and I don't really have a preference between the other two.
Wendy's can actually make a tasty burger (I prefer the triple).

For burgers it has to be Wendy's, as they actually taste pretty good with some bacon on them. Love their buns too. McDonald's is pretty meh and Burger King just doesn't even taste like anything. A Whopper might as well be a rice cake for all the flavor they pack in.

So has BK gone downhill since about 10 years ago? Because 10 years ago they were certainly of more quality than McDonalds.

Last time i liked BK was when they still sold the Veal Parm sandwiches and before they went with those faux fries

Wendy's is the best if you want a chicken sandwich. Their burgers just aren't that good. McDonald's is better for breakfast.

Burger King is... well, it exists.

Of the 3 mentioned

Wendy's for Variety
BK for best taste of a traditional burger
McD for availability

That said, I prefer A&W for a good variety, great taste, and availability

Wendy's by far has the best burger BETWEEN THOSE 3 CHOICES and especially after the changed it up a bit last year.

However if anyone is lucky to be near a Shake Shack - that is by far one of the greatest burgers ever. It's religious dudes.

It really depends on if you can get a fresh cooked hamburger at Wendy's. BK is just a hair above boiled sewage. McD's isn't great by any means but it is consistent and honestly I really would not consider McD's a burger. It is McDonald's food. It is something in of itself.

Wendy's - McDonalds - BK (if the wendys burger is fresh)

McDonalds/Wendys - BK (if the wendys patty is old)

Also, the wendys chili is good stuff. Used to work there probably 15 years ago. Would still eat it today. You can actually ask for a baked potato topped with chili, cheese sauce, and fresh onion... good stuff indeed.

Best Burger - I like the smokey taste of the flame broiled whopper. Followed by the Signature Square Wendys Burger. McDonalds burgers are all grease and no flavor.

Wendy's.

Best chicken sandwiches too. Chicken nuggets suck though. Well they taste good but it's garbage particle chicken on those. Wish the nuggets were real chunk chicken like the sandwiches.

Fries are the best around.

It's so hard to find a Wendy's though compared to the other ones. I'll never ever eat McDonalds. Well Egg MCmuffin is it. Love those. Hamburgers are horrible though. I don't know what they put in them but I get all puffy and I can feel like chemicals oozing out of every pour in my body.

I feel like that when I eat at Burger King.

I used to work at McDonalds and I loved the steak bagels. I don't know if they still have those, but they were tasty. The breakfast burritos too.

I don't ever remember eating Wendy's or Burger King in my entire life. I've eaten way too much McDonalds when I was younger but it has been about 14 years since my last McDonalds meal - I puke in my mouth when I catch a whiff of McDonalds as I pass them while driving now.

But if had to pick a winner, given the lack of experience I'd have to base my decision on their commercials and I'd pick Wendy's 'cause that chick is so damn fine...

Burger King has by far the best burger of the bunch. McDonald's is neutral as it lacks any flavor but pickle. Wendy's burger is just plain awful.
