BulletPC.com Offers Pre-Modded 9500np for $199.99
I read through the article at PimpRig linked to on the front page and was quite interested in the reseller that supplied the reviewer with their modded 9500np, www.bulletpc.com

I've been looking for a video card upgrade recently, so naturally, being on a budget, the 9500np mod seems like a great idea to me

and getting a pre-tested card for $199.99 US is the best option so far, I think, well worth the extra $40 US or so from a non-tested card, and they include ramsinks plus a replacement of the stock thermal pad with thermal paste

I'm just wondering how long they can keep something like this in stock...

I would rather get a true 9700 for $222 shipped and overclock it, than trust some else's mod. Just my opinion.

Yep, I'd definately agree with getting a true 9700. I'd recommend getting a true 9700 anyways (over a 9500 Pro/Non Pro) - go for the guarantee!
