Bulk email software integrate with Excel??

Hi, our company maintain a email contact list on M$ Excel and we are in the process of finding a bulk/mass email software that would retrieve all the email address on the Excel spreadsheet and then send promotional email out automatically, does anyone know of such a software existing on the market now? Which one would you recommend? thanks!
