Built on Sound Card on MSI motherboard

I am on a tight budget so making a lot of sacrfices. Is the built on sound card decent quality. I have a isa sound blaster 32 but I just found out the MSI k7 pro2a does not have isa slots. I am deciding weather to sacrifice $50 for a sound blaster live value if necessary. Can you tell me if the built on sound card is decent and what quality 16bit. Or is ther anyway to use my isa soundblaster 32
