Looks very good, but here are a few suggestions:

1) The Asus mobo doesn't support multiplier changes, so you won't be able to overclock too high (only with FSB). The Epox 8K7A and MSI K7Master are both just as good/stable as the Asus, but can OC and are cheaper. I'd get one of those 2...

2) I have the same audio setup (GTXP and FPS2000) and I like them a lot, especially the sound card. The speakers are very good for the money, but a few more dollars will get you Boston Accoustics BA4800, which kick the FPS2000's @ss. I think the little price difference is well worth it.

3) The thing that has me puzzled is you seem to be a gamer because of the GF3, so then why the 15" LCD? The point of buying a GF3 is to be able to play games at higher resolutions, so it's kind of useless if you get such a tiny monitor. Unless you can buy a 17-18" LCD, I'd settle for a decent 19" CRT monitor. But maybe you don't have much desk space... Even then, a 15" monitor is too d@mn small... :)

Agree with Sugadaddy - lose the ASUS and grab an MSI or Epox board. Go for an Enlight case and save like $50, get a 1.33 GHz instead of a 1.4 GHz and save $40-50, Get a Lite-On instead of the Plextor and save like $70. total savings $150.

Yeah, but a 17" CRT is also tiny... ;) Anything below 18" viewable is unacceptable IMO.:)
