built in network card on the albatron PX845PEV PRO acting weird

I just got this bored. And so far so good but the built in network card is acting weird. Every once in a while (maybe every 5-10mins) i will get a little icon on the bottom right hand of my screen that says network cable unpluged. It only lasts for a sec but it can get annoying. Inever had a problem like this before. Anyone ever had this problem? Any idea what could cause it?
