Sorry I can't help but my opinion is the one on the left is much nicer than the one on the right. The one on the right looks cheap.. infact most things around it also look cheapukes:
Your Google-Fu is failing you because they aren't "bread baskets." Try kitchen appliance garage.
I actually call it the "kitchen garage", though others all seemed to refer to it at a "bread basket," and that is what I used to find the pictures.
I will try "appliance garage".
Thanks.

Actually....the technical name for that thing is a "tambour door." Looks like you can get them from Rockler. We probably get ours from HDL, but I'm not sure if they do direct-to-public sales.
Is the track broken? I've had to install these before on-site....not so much fun...and I knew what I was doing.

Here's a source I found
but, you can make your own door fairly easily. You buy molding, either flat or round to match your existing door and cut them to length needed. You then glue them side by side on a piece of material (canvas works well). Allow to dry and stain or finish as desired. You then feed the completed door into the track and ad any hardware that you removed from the old door.
LOL. That is pretty much what we have (painted white).
Yeah, that is basically what it looks like. I would screw it up.

Whatever new one you install I would rig it up to a motor and have a remote for it, just because.![]()
